The congregation of Holy Mountain Baptist Church in Kingsport is happy and excited to announce the selection of Tim Price as pastor.  Pastor Tim and Sabrina Powers Price have been married for 26 years and have one son, Aaron age 14.

 

Pastor Tim was ordained as a Baptist minister on February 21, 1999.  He has over 27 years experience in teaching and ministry in various churches and positions since he was called to preach in 1989.  Prior to joining our church Pastor Tim was the Assistant Pastor at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Bloomingdale.  

 

His education includes an Associate’s Degree in Chemical Technology, a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Louisiana Baptist University.  He is currently working toward a PhD in Biblical Studies.  

 

We are excited about the future ministry of our church under the leadership of our new pastor.  A reception will be held on Wednesday November 29th from 6-7:30 pm in the church family center.  Friends of Holy Mountain Baptist Church and the Price family are invited to attend and share in the joy of welcoming Pastor Tim and his family.
